Creating Success Together

Our process is collaborative, transparent, and tailored to your goals.

The Best Strategies Start From a True Understanding

Your business is unique. It has its own strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and opportunities. To define success, and a plan to get there, you’ll need a partner that understands this identity. No matter what services you may need, understanding you, your goals, and your business is the foundation for our Roadmap.

Step 1: Introductions

The initial meeting is all about getting to know each other. We want to understand you and your brand, the problems you want to solve, your goals and timelines to achieve them. You will learn about who we are and get to meet the people that you’ll work with throughout the process.

Step 2: The Discovery Process

Now that we’ve learned the outcomes we’re trying to achieve, it’s time to uncover how we’re going to get there. To do this we conduct discovery activities, sometimes they include a simple questionnaire or a formal workshop depending on your goals. This allows us to understand your marketplace and business to deliver a recommended solution that has been created with your input.

Step 3: Defining Success

The solutions from the discovery process can look very different. It could be anything from a quick two-week project, to a four-month website build, or even a complete go to market strategy with ongoing execution for the year. We build what will make the biggest impact on you and your business. You sign off on this solution and from here we get into the work.

Step 4: Doing the Work

Roadmap has an incredible team in-house to help you achieve the business goals and plan we’ve outlined in the last steps. Throughout this process, we always strive to create exceptional results and act as your advisor to offer guidance. We believe in building lasting relationships so our goal is to always be the team you can rely on and trust to provide ongoing support and solid advice.

Step 5: Measure and Optimize

We measure the results of each initiative and analyze the data to report back to you. This allows us to measure our success and make objective decisions on what is working and what might need to be changed. Ultimately, we’re accountable to your goals.
